If Global Warming were not a hoax, then why would the premier institute of climate change research, East Anglia University in the UK, have engaged in such downright fraudulent behavior. Why would the UN have employed the misleading, again fraudulent hockey stick chart to lie about the Medieval Warming Period? We all learned in grade school that plants thrive on the CO2 we give off.

Global Climate Change is a reality, it's not 50/50, science isn't a democracy.

Once you establish a bureaucracy, it creates ever more elaborate and nonsensical rules to justify its existence. They in effect become empires that fight to survive and grow. The environmental movement is one of them, but there are others. Government, Health and Safety, the abuse industry, women's rights etc.
The solution is to keep government as small as possible to stop it from empowering these parasites. The model should be that of the night-watchman state.
To lengthy. This should be cut down to about three minutes. Plus, I don't see anything about how private property rights and the legal principle of externalities, if enforced, would have had the same effect as the Clean Air Act and the Clean Water Act.
