Just one remark. The Gov. and Industry still use AC (high Alti) for reconn (spying). The reason is availability and position of sat.

on the flight from paris to houston the other day I saw these planes on the left side of the plane & slightly below us, we were at 35000 ft.

when we were getting off I asked the pilot what those * were? he looked at me like I was crazy!? I said You have seen them, yu know what I am talking about ,and got off...
