The shadow condition only existed in pokémon XD, and if you had XD then you'd know that shadow pokémon aren't allowed to be traded, so you can't get any of them any more.

You've got to learn Pokemon's basic data structure.

31 is the max for IVs not 99.

For EVs, the max is a total of 510, so 85 on each stat gives max.

Making EVs all 999 is completely detrimental because you end up with 255 EVs for HP and Attack and no EVs on any of the other stats.
