@pizzagirlsweb The baby she is holding in the pink nursery is a dream...she wakes up and runs to the nursery and when she realises she doesn't have a baby she's crying.

When she is at the toystore at the end it's cos she found out she is pregnant...she gets shot and dies and at the very end when she's an angel, the baby she's holding is the baby that died in her tummy when she got shot.
