That was a clear penalty. The German player touches the ball then the Argie tackles him and doesn't even touch the ball. A tackle without hitting the ball = yellow card. Yellow card in the box = PENALTY. And besides, NOTHING is comparible to the "Hand of God" by Maradona so you don't have a leg to stand on anyway.
