I sure am glad I stumbled upon this vid. I was ready to dump my EF Sabre in the trash, but not now! I found a website on how to tune up the Sabre and this video gave me the motivation to do it. Thanks and Great flying!

I had a sabre, it was my first Helicopter. Dont get me wrong, every singe crash i done, i blamed the helicopter, but after getting used to it, i became quality and flying, now i own a blade 400 and its other little minions. Good Choice on the Sabre if your a beginner, dont get me wrong, you WILL crash and it WILL break. Just have to accept this as the learning curve! Good Luck!

Of course there are mods. Even the aku - stock HB FP aku is 7cells Ni-MH, mounted under heli body. Hera I cant see aku at all, so i think it's 1st of all mounted in the front of heli body (under cabine), and for the 2'nd - it;s 3cell Li-Po (perhabs like in BigLama).

And, yes, HB FP can handle it.

small manouvers, but nothing like this, a co-axial would most likely get a blade strike even attempting any of these, i recommend you dont try it.

yes but that heli is extremely small and can be done, but VERY difficult, especially on weather conditions.

That's brilliant flying given it's a honeybee/sabre FP - all credit to the pilot! Is that a stock Gyro, or upgrade? Tail rotor looks surprisingly stable.

Have to say I can't agree with your comment about Trex . Owning both a Sabre and and a Trex 450SE, the Trex is in a different league - and even if learning, the Trex is far more stable, predictable and flexible, and I would definitely recommend it over the Sabre even given this video.

Indeed mate, what that message was about is, most of the people who fly there T-Rex's havent flown the hard way... 'Fixed-Pitch..' and they love to criticize how rubish these helicopters are, but you no, we all start somewhere, i started with my sabre, and in march, i will be getting the blade 400. right now my sabre has literatly been written off lol, with £50+ damages in need of repair, ive put it asside so i can save up for the blade. still, was quality when i flew it. by the way, all stock

The downside with your plan is that a new pilot IS going to crash and I know which I would rather have the repair bill for, not the Trex. The honeybee is THE best single rotor heli. Cheap and easy to repair and takes a hell of a beating. Plus I know many Trex pilots who cannot fly a honeybee very well as they are less stable. Once you master a honeybee it's something to be proud of.

lol you cant compare this to a CP heli like the Trex you mentioned in your comment but yes it does show you that you can do a lot more than you think with a FP Heli, i even seen the HBFP do a loop in another video!
