By the looks of it, it was a Demo vehicle or they just received the vehicle and its a shot for the papers to let the public know about their new addition to the fleet? :)
Superb vehicles they are, quick response time look amazing at night.

i no poole had a new station a year or two back but im not there either so cant really say much lol

We've got a few across Australia that have the same yellow tape on the grille.
