why two fingers

The Montessori Classroom teachers uses 2 fingers in teaching because of some sort of cultural differences , maybe here in the Philippines it is accepted to point on things using 1 finger but with the other country it's big no! no! and considered something degrading. The one that it's accepted for their culture is pointing on things using 2 fingers :)
