it is when the person is acting as an agent of law enforcement, and the act in question is one that the offender would have otherwise been unlikely to commit. The issue here however that the person was in fact 18, and therefore of legal age. Thus planned parenthood can't be held accountable for not reporting the issue. I think Colmes needs to re-read legal text on the subject of "entrapment" before he accuses this Rose person.

As for the education aspect, do you know where the schools get the instructors and or materials from to teach "safe sex", they get them from the abortion clinics.I've held Planned Parenthoods "teaching materials" in my hand and as a mother myself, I can tell you I wouldn't want my daughter seeing the graphic images that PP says are meant for even grades as low as 5th and 6th. They also teach in their materials that messing around with many people(even same sex partners is fine so says the book.)

Teens are still developing mentally-literally science has taught us that their brains and the functions of right and wrong and safety in any area of life (not just in sex) are not fully formed and able to process information to the full extend an adults can.
