So what he was saying is that Republicans spent too much, but Democrats spent much much more. Why don't they all just spent little to begin with. Oh yeah I forgot - the wars plus tax cuts.

If you don't want to raise taxes, if you don't want to reform and cut spending (Republicans have become defenders of status quo), and if you don't want to wind down the wars, then you borrow from the Chinese - they'll give you the money - cause USA itself is too a big to fail corporation.
