It really angers me when people compare GT5P to FM2, FM2 came out in like '05, and GT5P came out last year I believe (don't hold me to it) obviously GT5P is going to have better graphics and everything, especially since they have delayed the release date for like 2 quadrillion years.... Where the physics are enhanced, and thrown in your face to make certain factors obvious. Which may feel realistic - but isn't.

Comparing Forza 2 to GT5 is like comparing an F-16 to an F-22, it just isn't fair. The truly sad thing about Polyphony's pace is that Forza 3 will be out before GT5, and then be a better game when it comes out.

It's funny when someone said forza is better, but can't show a proof on how it is better. first off, in forza the track is way off and it's very flat without even a single bump (nurburgring cough) then the car itself it's plane dead with a very small amount of body roll, you don't see cars body roll like an F1 car in real life. forza kids seem to forget that car handle and race track is way important than damage or customization, that's why GT is always the pick of every car / sim enthusiast.

Forza 2 is like in the middle of arcade/sim. GT5 is the same except GT5 make you feel your driving a real car. And the reason why i stopped playing Forza is because of bad camera view, floaty physics, lack of proper wheels (no 6 speed Manual option), no in-car view, Drift too easy(it get's boring). and too many punters online(GT5 does too but only at beginners event)..And forget PGR it's not the same as forza and GT.

1 D says of profesionl racers esp on GT4 and so. - 'as realstic as d real thing'.- is not surprising coz of how it was devlopd - GT1 to GT5, d edge in terms of physics and courses.

2 I rspect GT's style of no car damage - it inspires me 2 drive best coz I love seeing the replays. Of how I performed.

3 Flashy graphics of Forza/PGR makes it fun. But it can't be a 'real driving simulator', unreal physics, damages & unreal courses makes it a game of lies.-d chalenge is less.

forza isn't like grid at all. forza is awesome and is my fav racing game but sony are doing an awesome job with gt5 and I think it can only get better. hopefully forza 3 will be out short after gt5 so we get a more precise comparison. pgr4 is old, gt5p is a demo and forza 2 came out long ago compared to gt5p. when gt5 comes out it will be better than gt5p that's 99% sure but comparing forza 2 with it wouldn't be fair.

I never played GT5, but it looks to have the best graphics and longevity: there are lots of locations to drive through, and i remember GT4 had dirt tracks too, i drove a Viper GTS on the French Alps on GT4 and it was way past cool!

On the other hand Forza 2 has a cool vehicle editor and fairly good sounds!

And PGR4 is the most spectacular, it sports also a good racing editor and i gotta say: it has MONSTER SOUND!! Just plug it to a 5.1 sound system, raise the volume to the max, and floor it!!
