  • Now if it was Bruce Lee Vs. Hwang Jang-Lee, that's a whole new story lol...

  • @jb7254 Oh God i would give anything to have seen that!!

  • @consoleman09 actually screaming like that helps u release ur energy if u have ever learned martial arts u wud kno tht

Also if u watched chuck Norris vs Bruce lee chuck Norris does the same scream since it makes u unleash more power

  • @kevinchennyboy1 That's bull. You don't need to scream, it can help, but it's really not needed by most people. The most common thing screaming like a psychopath will do is wind the screamer and leave them with a sore throat. If you go to a breaking contest you'll find that only one in four bother with more than a grunt. Same with weight lifters, lots of coughing and grunting but very few roars and screams.

  • YEAH HE GOT HIGH ON CHICKEN FRIED RICE FYI

  • I like that jump hook kick at :18.

  • @consoleman09 fuck off, and get ur facts right

  • @dshrm Bruce was dug addict FYI

  • @consoleman09 You can't spell FYI...

  • Bruce asked Hwan In-Shik to play an oponent in his upcoming film the "Game of Death"... but because of Bruce's early death no actual footage remains... only some outdoor training footage.

  • the distraction of it is half the point. He says as much in his books. He even does it slightly before or after the actual strike to put his opponent's timing off.

  • guarding doesnt slow your kick speed if u train.

  • If this is the way you wanna to put it then I have nothing to say. Peace.

  • Hi LucasPictureUK

look at 0:29... Bruce lee is droping down his guard when he is ready to kick.

Because of Taekwondo sparring rule, The rule took require us to kick more than any other martial art competition level.

So guarding during series of kicks will slow down our speed (It's mirco-sec we are dealing with! T_T...) Anyway I'm also a great fan of Bruce Lee too and I really like the youtube profile you made.

  • Thanks for the advice you have given me in my student's sparring. Like spirit of Bruce Lee, father of mixed martial arts. hopefully any bits of infomation will helps us to improve our indivdual styles and competitive sparring

    Best Regards,

    Primagiedi

  • Nope,Bruce's kicks were influence by Northern Gung fu and Savate.

  • I dont mean any offense by this but when these buys fight, they sound like retarded chickens. I know why they scream though, it is out of spirit and energy so it cannot be avoided.

  • @econ

You exhale when you scream to strengthen your abdomen and get more power into your movement.

  • @IrreducibleParadox ur just meant 2 breath out quickly, the screaming's just 4 movie's

  • shik would've wooped that ass

  • hwang in shik was one of the best kickers ever cool guy.

  • 5 STARS AGAIN!!! It is wonderful to look him and his charismo. He was wonderful martial artist, and wonderful actor!Still, after him,I have never seen any like him...Humane,superintelligence,with sense of humour STAR AMONG STARS!!!UNEXCEED!BRUCE LEE FOREVER!!!**********************************

  • Thanks for your nice comment mate =]

  • hwang in shik my idol, man i love his hapkido moves and fast kicks

  • Wong in-sik is probably the best kicker there has ever been, especially as far as the movies go. Bruce had to tailor this movie to Chinese audiences where Bruce's character is mostly dominant so this isn't a great example of just how good Wong actually was. Had Bruce lived, i'm sure he would have used his talents time and again. Bruce was planning to take everyone - even the stuntmen on ETD to hollywood. Shame really. Check out 'The young master' for a real look at how good Wong was.

  • 5 stars!

  • He is so fast. The hapkido guy was going to be in game of death on one of the bottom floors as a flashy kicker wasn't he????

  • Yeah he was going too sadly bruce died before he could finish the film. Thanks for your comment
