@roxypunkin Yes, I use Sony Vegas Pro 9 now, but I used Sony Vegas 7 to make this video. I assume you mean the white bars; I masked the white bars from a solid white image and used the pan/crop to move them around on the screen. I hope that makes sense :D PM me if you still have questions.

My video was posted on youtube just one day later than that one, and I took at least a week to finish mine, so there was no way I could have seen that other one and copied it.
