@MrProudGunner im pretty sure its just a brace. i have one that look just like it, and its supposed to pull on some tendons or something behind your knee which lessens the pain of shin splints(idk how). i could be wrong, just a guess.

i have my foot in the right position on the downswing of my kickin foot and i think my followthrough is good and most of the time when i do knuckle it, it doesnt dip and goes straight to the middle of the goal. any tips? im mainly trying for the dip
