@NBThermalGuru - We did some practicing a couple of times, but it was more about building up the strength to manage a big pack and a sled.

For the logistics and expertise required for a climb like this, you need a company to support you. People die doing these climbs...Duh!

I went with Alpine Ascents International for this trip. I would definitely recommend them.
