First is the name of this dance Lamba or Yankadi.You need to show the difference because both have a similar movement.your technic is weak,show some african spirit.why make a video when you dont know how to teach or dance.please stop.

It's a foundation to this form of dance, not the whole thing. And the shit looks great when executed well. The key to all forms of art is mastering the simplest foundation of whatever form it is.

If you've ever seen masters practice anything, be it ballet, boxing, or painting, you know that being able to perfectly execute the base of your art is the most important thing.
