  • creepy the girl singing with mans voice in the beginning lolol

  • @BLUEROSE4EVA Obviously, women are independent today. Our time and Adam and Eve's time should not be compared apples to apples.

  • @BLUEROSE4EVA That's completely subjective. I think the fact that suddenly Adam had to work to get food and fight off animals means he was punished equally. Yes, Eve had to deal with the pains of childbirth, but Adam was expected to work and protect her and feed her while she bore a child and he was also expected to provide food for the child. In those times, there roles were different, certainly, but burden was shared and so was their punishment.

  • i came here because i love great music.

  • This is music for niggas, gays, lesbos, drug addcits and communist-jewish crap. I dont even know how i ended here. Please dont even reply this I wont read or reply you back at any little human being who fits in the tags i described and that felt touched with my words. So long fags.

  • @alduesther you're friggen weird

  • Brazil!!!

  • Love this song! And yes, tap tap revenge did take me here. :) Let's go girls!

  • This was one of the songs on my choir final

  • I went her to check out all the state radio hype around my school and honestly this is so gay

  • @Gnarginsing god do you not know music

  • @BLUEROSE4EVA No, Eve ate it first. Then she persuaded Adam to eat it. They both sinned. The blame can be placed on both of them.

  • tap tap FTW

  • thumbs up if tap tap sent you here :)

  • @KatiMeansMe Chad Stokes sent me here =]

  • @TheBanana4life men can't stand the sight of flesh without being able to control their urges so they make women wear Burgas or veils or even in a different section divided by a barrier and say it's the will of god

  • @TheLevarBurton This is true for a some men, yes, but you are suggesting all men are like this. They are not.

  • religion is to blame for the oppression of women, but without religion this epic song would not have been made so i guess religion is good for one thing

  • @TheBanana4life man's inability to control his sexual urges is responsible for the oppression of women

  • @TheLevarBurton How so? Also are you suggesting that not a single man can stop himself from having sex with the nearest thing that move?

  • @TheLevarBurton There's this book called 'The Chalice and the Blade' that's about the advent of Patriarchy, and it says that before, there was a religion that saw the Creator as female, and so the subjugation or women was part of Patriarchy's way of taking control. Anyway it's an interesting book, I'm just throwing that out there.

  • Regardless of what ppl thinks about the vid (which when showing the strength of gathered women, I don't give a fuck who's behind it) the words fuckin rock, man. Thanks so much. Those that are unplugged get it.

  • Tap Tap Revenge 4 brought me here. ;D

  • WOMAN WITH A FUCKING MAN VOICE HORRIBLE JUST LIKE JUSTIN BIEBER THE OPPOSITE

  • @iDar3u2n0tcliCkm3 it isn't the singer....

  • @TheLightningSaix ....r u sure

  • wtf is that a man or woman

  • thumbs up if you just love this song!!

  • I Really Liked This Video. Everytime I Listen To Them Or Dispatch I Feel Like I Should Go Make A Difference And This Is One Of The First Bands I Heard That There Songs Have A Meaning And They Make A Difference.

  • I'm a descendant of royalty and I say the hell with all that ceremonial crap. Hell the Royal's in England are just expensive figure heads. If you need to know I was born in England and am of royal English blood plus a multitude of other nationalities. I would support the woman that want to be free. They have just as much of a right to be free as we men are. I say "Go Girls".

  • @livefreeordie45 Ok I don't get it? What exactly is the video about o.0 and what are you saying? I only know this song from playing it on Tap Tap Revenge 4 about an hour ago. >.>

  • lol why is the re girls sining it are they dykes good joke man

  • HOLLY CRAP!!!!! what are all those girls doing out of the kitchen!!!

  • @oXJ3SuSXo that is just disrespectful!

  • Tap tap revenge 4 xD

  • This video is wonderful...It's a shame that the powerful musiq takes a back seat to the mass manufactured plastic pop stars...This is alive with beauty!!!

  • WHAT HAPPENED TO THE ASIANS???

  • god i love this band

  • Just watched "The Stoning of Soraya M." Heart wrenching true story. It made me think of this video. To see that type of oppression and unfairness is painful to watch, but facing the truth is necessary if we are going to end it.

  • Who's that girl?

  • i love state radio and all, but i think the video could've been a little better.... (yea i know its about women abuse awareness)

  • women will change the situation of women. all they're gonna do is stand up one day and say "new rules". they won't wait for the folks who'll need to stand down to do so because they won't stand down until they're told it's time. (this is from a man. it's neither permission nor instruction. you don't need either from me or anyone. it's just an observation of how the change is gonna come.) the sooner the better.

  • "It was as if the crows were calling his name." said Caw

  • God it's annoying when f-tards use the entire video image as a link...

  • > I've got a jacket like that. (i'm on the account of my brother because i didn't want to log out and log in again.

  • that woman has a deep voice...

  • 0 dislikes. thank god

  • Happy Women's day!

  • Did you know that the "all mighty" God punished women to be below men? This isn't created, this is in the bible. I just wanted to point out how religion is so flawed clearly man made.

  • @sora41333

cuz eve ate the fucking apple!

but with the exceptions of highly religious cultures i think the role of women in today's society has progressed by leaps and bounds since the 60's and 70's. Both men and women are going to school, having careers, and have roles in government.

  • why is princess diana at the end>?

  • @dianaw10 maybe because she was strong & an inspiration to some women? as was noted in the reviews of will & kate's wedding, diana broke tradition & did not say the words "to obey" in her wedding vows. kate did not either. that stuff adds up.

  • @crashkadara

    Exactly! you're absolutely right.

  • @drizztf88 Thanks honey, I'm glad someone gets what I'm trying to say.

  • @falconlord5 Sorry, what stunt?

Living in luxury while people die on the street?

  • Comment removed

  • @falconlord5 Okay, A. I'd really appreciate it if you didn't sass me, I mean, how old are you? Twelve? Next, Queen Elizabeth II is still on the throne in England. I live in England, I also work with the homeless while that doddering old bitch wallows in luxury. If their are people dying in your country then why would you take their money? Why would you allow yourself to be surrounded by such decadence when the people in the country you own often don't have enough to feed themselves. It's sick.

  • Comment removed

  • @crashkadara so by your logic, every single person born into royal lineage is a terrible person, even though they have no control over their ancestry

  • I absolutely adore this song, and it really raises the meaning of the need for women, I know someone who's mother was abused by her father, and this song really helped both of us get over it :)

  • i liked this song....then when i saw the vid that crush became love <3

  • My inner feminist highly approves of this song. FUCK yeah!!!

  • ill grab a few girls and let them know im free and then we will go and fight for human rights like every human should

ill keep the campfire going just dont stop playing music

  • Women are mint, as long as they shut up, they're pretty and look good... That's the problem.. Men are idiots, our voices are more important than the way you make us feel. I'd rather get into a fight than spend the night with a beautiful woman...That's not true.. In all honesty, I don't know what I want. What I do know is I'm an idiot. I don't know how to treat a woman and I have no idea what women want. I'm not afraid of saying it, I havent got a clue..

  • haha I never noticed that it was Chad carrying the ladder at the beginning!

  • I love this song! i played it on tap tap revenge 4 and fell in love wit it XD

  • TAP TAP!

  • Thanx for a great video , cause woman even today are believed to be inferior to men and I thank you for showing us that some people are willing to say enough is enough. BTW I'm a guy

  • @Xymoxinfest a gay one

  • Chethro,

Loved you in Dispatch. State Radio has really put you on another level, I think you are the voice of my generation, thank you. Saw you guys at the Blind Pig in Ann Arbor, hopefully I will catch another show soon. Do your thing son

  • @corporallukemia Yes they did awesome right

  • dude nice vid but kinda wierd having the girlz lip sing for chAD

  • @tennisruler5 I think its real cool. Chad is their voice.

  • @drwidebody i guess thats true

  • great song

  • omg i saw annie for like 2 seconds

  • Comment removed

  • i would agree that State Radio is one of the few bands that do make a stand and help people become more aware of what is happening in this ever changing world!

  • tap tap could chosse some good songs

  • I love the chad cameo at the beginning.

  • State radio is the only band i know that really talks bout problems around the world.. There amazing:)!

  • Love the band, but if your going to make a video about women rights, you may not want women mouth words when a man is singing the actual words. Also you might not want to have generally young women singing it. Isn't having one of the ways women are oppressed is when an older women is ignored, and a younger, less talented lady is noticed because she is attractive, an example being that in English version of American idol an older women was booed off stage even though she was a great singer.

  • @rockthefreeworld11 what are you talking about, so if your a man you can't write a song about women's rights? chad wrote it so he sings it, like all his other songs

  • @gdtimay No, i said that they should of done this video this differentially. The idea that could be interpreted as sexiest is a mans voice coming out of woman's mouth, which could be seen as women not having their own voice. All i was say was that it was ironic that the song was about women rights but the video could be interpreted as having sexiest element.

  • @rockthefreeworld11 I think you're over analyzing it. A lot. The band does a lot of great things, and this song is an attempt to raise awareness and promote the Calling All Crows organization. I see your point, but I think you're over thinking it.

  • @rockthefreeworld11 The sexiest element? Damn girl. Well, if that does it for you. . . .

  • @rockthefreeworld11 It would take a pretty overbearing douche to interpret it that way, though.

I'm assuming you're meaning to say "sexist", but if you do, in fact, mean "sexiest" than I stand corrected.

  • @rockthefreeworld11 Old women look frail.

  • I am in love with this song.

  • does anyone else notice Chad carrying the ladder in the beginning?

  • I love this

  • Love it. Brilliant... moving...

  • Amazing... I expected something great, and as usual, I got more than I could have ever expected... Very typical of this band.

  • All the strong Women, Step up, I can feel it in the Air Tonight. Yes all of my sisters Unite!

  • A great video contemplating the women of the world, to get up and demand human rights.

  • video would be so good if they could somehow not make it seem so awkward when women mouth the words.

  • He's not just the frontman, he helps out on set too! lol

  • not their best video, but not their worst either

  • love

  • AMEI!!! ... loved it

  • Good song... lame video

  • ure stupid. i loved this, so clever:-)

  • @Extremestar How can you say this in a time like this. Women and men are equal and no human should be treated badly. This is a great song and great vid and shows the power of women everywhere.

  • Holy night that was awesome. I fall in love with them over and over again.

  • state radio can do no wrong

  • HaHA!! SYBIL!! would not have expected that from you girl but you never fail to suprise me. - love, the kid you cut down trees with in Orlando.

  • WELL worth all of the waiting!!

    truly inspiring!

  • looove it

  • huh cool idea

  • great absolutely great

  • I love this. It shows what we have, and what we can do.

  • sisterhood of the traveling urmston jacket :)

  • was this filmed on the island from lost?

  • Check out Sybil in the beginning and ends! AWESOME! These videos get more and more impressive!

  • not bad. i think the song is better than the video, but they're both still great.

  • I love State Radio.

  • I wish State Radio could have made their Rally-call song a better song than this. This song is just so... bland, and awkward, and tedious.

    LOVE the video part though!

  • @wessonballer I beg to differ. This songs legit.

  • @ndirish775 Legitimately generic. The past year or so has shown such generic reggae from this band. It used to be all their songs really made me feel something, but all I feel with this is tedium and cringing of a bland sound.

  • Thanks State Radio!!! We really love and appreciate that you're using this song and video to raise awareness about international violence against women. Keep up the great work. - Victoria @ Oxfam America

  • good way of putting it..

  • only 305 views?? What the dilly with that is? Well anyways great work on the video! Must have been a cool one to shoot.

  • nice reggae!!! d(o`_´o)b

  • great video! SR & CAC rock!
