you can find free screen recorder software on the net and use annotations if you dont have a mic, but recording the screen with an actual camera, is kind of pointless here. you can hardly hear the audio and the video quality is just as bad. better luck next time.

Make sure the layer is not locked.. if it is... double click it. Sometimes GIF images can also give trouble. but if it's a JPEG you should be able to drag it as long as it's not locked.

I just finished erasing everything but didnt record it. then you can just drag it around by clicking on the picture you want to move. So i dragged it to the other picture where i wanted it.
