If the photo @ 4:26 is one of the boys on returning to the Ukraine, its obvious what he wanted. I would feel the same way as a foster parent and the only way I could do this is to have the first chance to adopt. It would be just to hard to tell them good bye.
I'm not sure as to how I would feel about this program, it's great that the kids get the experience but on the other hand the heart break on both ends has to be enormous.

These boys were adopted, and are very happy now, safe in the arms of a loving family.

Why did they not adopt them? I don't understand? "Maybe some other kid we will adopt?" I just don't get it.

this is just too sad to watch. i don't think i can host, bond and give them up. it would have to be permanent adoption.

You were given a gift of meeting and having these boys with you. Listen with your heart and do what you need to.
