Well technically Nikolai, Yuri and Price killed him together.

Nikolai provided technical support and without him Yuri and Price would have died on the elevator.

Yuri saved Price a couple times and especially at the end when he shot Makarov distracting him long enough for Price to finish him off.

At the time when Modern Warfare 2 came out I was depressed because I literally thought to myself on what was the point of living if my life could end at any moment. But by the time I heard this speech from Captain Price all my emotions had passed away because I was convinced that it really was a "luxury" to think that way. Yes this is a video game but I have learned a lot through video games in my lifetime and I give thanks to whoever made this speech because it took care of my depression.

Infinity ward confirmed that captain price from world war II is the grandfather of capttain price from the modern warfare series. Btw, world at war and black ops take place like what, 20 years after eachother? WW2 and Mw2 take place 71 years after eachother. Its not the same price, they are grandpa and grandson. In WW2, captain price would have had to been at least 35. 35 + 71= 106? Its not the same man.
