1. Cornrows do not present a respectable image.

2. It is law for officers to wear police hats while on duty.

3. An officer won't rock back and forth like he's going to knock you out.

4. An officer won't initially grab you by the neck to subdue you.

5. Officers work as a unit when making an arrest, not independantly.

Something very wrong here. These cops are entirely too comfortable laying their hands on civilians. They appear to be practiced torturers. Washing the pepper spray off and helping the civilian to a seat is part of the domination process. Pain and restoration at the hands of the torturer is part of the psychological degradation process. The civilian is made to accept the trespass by making him complicit by willingly tolerating part of the 'treatment'.
