I am not a "conspiracy theorist" nor do i tend to jump on bandwagons but the police and authorities are making a mockery of the justice system with thier actions.

Are they seriously going to keep arresting this man for distributing flyers and speaking publicly and call it a breach of the peace?

If this man is telling lies then charge and prosecute him.They could also explain to the public why £13 000 (of public money) was paid to the young woman in this case if no offense has been commited.
