Russel Oliver isn't annoying!? Everyone I know loves the guy. He's so funny and innovative with his advertising, and it's so different you cannot ignore it. He's a very smart man, and to be honest TV is crap and he makes it kind of fun to watch even for the odd commercial :)

Look at those ad "experts" spewing their academic commentaries...blah blah blah. What a bunch of bull! So many times, I look at these million dollar ads done by big ad agencies, and I go WTF?! What kind of garbage is this?

What is this company trying to sell? If I don't understand the ad, that's not going to sell me.

My hat's off to you Russell Oliver, for producing your own ads, which are fun and entertaining. I can tell you are streetwise. It works for you, that's all that counts in the end!

@iron2max I think those "experts" are just bitter that these ads have been successful. He's been doing them forever and if they weren't working they'd have disappeared years ago. The experts took a 4 year course in marketing and communications, fetched coffee for who knows how long as an intern, and probably have dropped the ball a number of times with their own ads. Russell has no such education and he's been able to pull it off just fine which surely bothers these experts. Fuck 'em.
