Russia is hoping for the overthrow of the nationalist Saakshvili regime and the installation of a pro-Russian puppet regime.

Moscow also hopes for a further territorial break up of Georgia. That's why Moscow sponsors the breakaway movements in the Adjara and Samtskhe-Javakheti provinces along the Turkish border.

Russia wants to prevent the flow of Caspian oil from Azerbaijan via Georgia (including Adjara) onto Turkey and from there to Europe.

1) Russia don't use "regime changes" and "puppet governments". It's US job.

2) Territorial break up is a job of Sukashvili, who attacked own territory and own citizens in S.Ossetia. Since this attack he crushed territorial integrity of Georgia

3) If you talk about Nabucco, that you must know that Kaspian gas is contracted by Gasprom, so there is no need to care on what territory will be the pipelines. + again, this is US job (US support Nabucco, and created gas conflict in Ukraine by puppet)
