  • Thank you! After breaking my elbow a couple years ago, I have been irrationally afraid of crow (something about the position reminds me of how I broke it). Your suggestions of finding balance with a block for your head helped me deal with that fear and get my feet off the ground (literally!). Really loving all these videos!

    you totally should! i've been doing it regularly for about a year now & it's helped me so much by not only help maintain my weight, but i look & feel better mentally & physically.
