Ice Spear is handy in both boss, and mob situations. :3
Whether or not you have the luxury of cast-time, cause it's so fast. ^^
Fireball and Thunder demand cast-time, so they're pretty useless in heavy-combat situations. :D
Thunder can cast with only 1 charge, but can't freeze, so you could still get screwed by multi-aggro. XD
