@gstar210gman For someone who is criticizing the series' story you sure do sound like you know very little about it. Seriously, did you even understand what was happening at the end of Defiance?

Raziel was quite intent on killing Kain before he knew that he was the balance guardian. Before he knew what Kain was for. In fact, he DID kill Kain. But there's not even any point in me going into that if you haven't played the final game in the series, the one that ties everything together.

@gstar210gman Defiance is probably the most important game in the series in terms of the overall story. If you've played the other four games but missed out on Defiance then all you're really left with is confusion and a ton of loose ends. The way everything comes together is nothing short of genius.

the clans and their leaders were loyal to Kain, also he was Kains Lieutenant so he was more so obliged to show Kain his wings. Remember that before the fall it was essentially a functioning feudal vampire kingdom

@stevehudak Yeah he was definitely obligated to show Kain. His entire clan would have experienced a similar change shortly after him anyway, so it's not like he could hide it like the rest of the lieutenants were obviously doing.

Duma and Zephon weren't obvious, but take a close look at Turel, Rahab and Melchiah. You can see the beginning of Turel's ears growing, Rahab's scaly blue skin and gills, and Melchiah's face is all stitched together because he's already starting to fall appart.

@WilliamRLBaker have you played Overlord? That is a RPG and you do have a multiplayer function, with for example Last Stand. I mean that is fun to play with a friend, so that would also work well for a LoK game.
