@alkyr88 if a game is not purchasable or if you own the game, the rom version of it is not illegal, the reason why is because if its not purchasable then there is no way to get the game, if you have it already its basically just another copy for your computer much like an mp3, rom hacks are not illegal either since its really not even the game at all, and is not purchasable either
