  • Delicious! :) very simple recipe. I didn't use the baking soda/ cream of tar tar mix, in stead I used 1tsp of baking powder, it turned out fine. (plus, I cut the ingredients in half, because i didn't want many). Yummy :3 Thank you Aunt Ester lol

  • to freakshow3332 (i think that was ur name) lol... umm when i made these cookies it made alot!! i had like 36 cookies.. depending on how many ppl there are to eat it depends on wether thats alot.. cuz it was just me and my dad so it was alot!! hahaha..

  • coul you use "Smart balance spread/butter" instead of margarine and original butter?

  • Just make them and the people who tried them loved it.. I also crushed candycane and added it in to the cookies which gave a peppermint flavor and add a little color. Very nice, I added butter instead of margarine and it worked out.

    all it does is prevent gluten from forming.

  • Its better to refrigerate them if you want to use cookie cutters because its more stiif and easier to work wit. (:

  • Cream Of Tarter is used to help keep the cookies 'white' during the baking process, with out it... they will turn a 'golden brown' instead.

    Good Awesome French Chefs crack eggs on the counter so no shells accidentally get into the mixture.
