Delicious! :) very simple recipe. I didn't use the baking soda/ cream of tar tar mix, in stead I used 1tsp of baking powder, it turned out fine. (plus, I cut the ingredients in half, because i didn't want many). Yummy :3 Thank you Aunt Ester lol

these cookies are so good!! im totally gonna make them for holidays and for fun!! i used butter instead of margine tho.. still turned out really good!!
Just make them and the people who tried them loved it.. I also crushed candycane and added it in to the cookies which gave a peppermint flavor and add a little color. Very nice, I added butter instead of margarine and it worked out.

Cream Of Tarter is used to help keep the cookies 'white' during the baking process, with out it... they will turn a 'golden brown' instead.
