i twisted my wrist and ankle and the next week the people that work at the gymnastics gym made me tumble and when i would finish tumble i would cry cuz of all the pain

l'm trying to learn me backflip and find only 1 Gymnastic class....
l wonder if it's good enough because l would hope that they have more tools :'(
