You guys, the 4th dimension he is talking about is another spatial (not time) dimension that is at 90 degrees from the X, Y, and Z axis. Because we are 3 dimensional beings, we cannot percieve this 4th dimension.
He's talking about a higher spatial dimension. But if you apply it to a temporal dimension, its analogy is that instead of being able to see inside of a box, a 4th dimensional time being would be able to see the box as it was at all points in time.
