Hate to be a nerd but am I crazy or at 5:24, the question about afterload in aortic stenosis, they say it's decreased. Afterload is INCREASED with AS. Or someone correct me if I'm wrong...

For REAL students of the USMLE...Experience and just plain reading and applying urself helps u PASS the exam...yeah..Goljian, NBME banks, UW,AND PASS program are great for the boards. I know I earned a 266 now it is time to for all of U to do the same..do not listen to anyone BUT Goljian and Francis. KAplan early tho....

click and move unfortunately is one of the most ridiuclous things i have ever heard."look for the clue then click and move" are you kidding?the clues are DISTRACTORS!you will fail for SURE if you click and move!example:you have a patient that comes after eating refried chinese rice and comes in with a bloody diarrhea.what is the organism?what is the "clue".refried rice?so are you going to choose B.cereus..guess what..you would be WRONG!!..B. cereus does not cause bloody diarrhea..case in point!

Dr. Francis is the man, it really pisses me off when I run into past pass students who leave this program and talk shit about the program. When I ask them if they passed the exam, the response is "oh yeah I took it right after the course and, I got a 220" and that's followed by: "I didn't really need the program" my response is......well, I think youtube will delete my post if I write my response :)
