I'm not as happy as many think I am. I sometimes think of different ways to kill myself and wonder if anyone would really ever truly care. I doubt it. The sad part is, I'm too scared to die.

I had a mild heart attack 2 months ago (I'm 25). During the first week after that happened, my family and some other people phoned to ask me if I was OK.

After that, no one phoned or called to check how I'm doing.

I realize I'm alone

I realize that I'm not so important in their eyes as I though I was.

And that hurts more than the heart attack...

i think about suicide all the time but it hurts to know i cant do it, i want to end it i have tried but something stopping me i just want the pain to stop and i dont know how, the councillor thought i was pergectly normal just because i hid away how i really felt, my mam just thought i wanted attention shes disgraced with me, but really all i want is to be happy, and it feels like thats the only way out

I saved about 3 of my freinds from suicide. And one of my friends attempted it recently, he was sent to the hospital and got a bottle of sleeping pills pumped from his stomach. Me and him are close, I never would have guessed. Now, everytime I see him, I can't look at him the same. Michael, why would you take yourself away forever? ):

Wow, this is so sad. It's amazing how much people walk around with on their shoulders every day that no one else knows about..thanks for the video..and to kcmacjr: it's ok to show your feelings about this instead of covering them up with a simple "boo hoo"
