Qberts timing is amazing.
Everytime I have seen him, he works with reverse fader!
It's a feature available on pretty much any good mixer.

This was a staple ISP scratch. And it might be reversed so he can crab and pull the fader with his finger tips on drags...

You must be referring to the Technics mixer, which has a feature to reverse the channels, hence the reverse scratching.
