Customize works better for 1.1.1 then any other firmware..

Spicy Chicken has stated on his site that he's coming out with Customize 2.0 for the iphone and ipod touch which will work for firmwares 1.1.3/4

not much, the main reason is that you can update to 1.1.3 or 1.1.4 form ...2, this means you can get the wiggle function etc, and keep up with all of the fixes etc.

ok so i downloaded the 1.1.2 restore thing on my itouch and now i need the windows.bat file. the problem is whenever i save the file its automatically opened with winzip(dunno if thats a problem) and then i try to open the bat file but it shows up for 1 second and then it closes. i have no idea what to do to fix this problem. i need that file to continue T_T

which iPod version is the best to jailbreak? ive tried a couple different versions, with 1.1.4, every time i tried to type stuff, it would freeze, with 1.1.1, most stuff is unavailable (to my knowledge), and the others i havent really tried. let me know. thanks

i would do either 1.1.2, cause it is the most stable at the moment or 1.1.3 which is probably better. its stable and its fairly new, so i'm doing 1.1.3 at the moment.

i am trying to do this, and when i get to the point to run the jailbreak 1.1.2 program, after i click on the windows.bat file, the black screen just flashes, then closes, making me unable to do the actual jailbreak. any suggestions?

well i have this problem mate what i did is downloaded firefox then went on firefox and dowloaded jave then opened the file then the jailbreak program should show a jave logo double click on that and folo the instructions

m not sure why the oktoprep app isn't working correctly for you. Uninstall oktoprep, reboot, then try to install it again. Make sure you have downloaded the other required files too..
