Is there anyway that I can take him to court and seek legal action. I do have e-mails that have information that he states that he made payments and that he is sorry for not paying other things like that etc. I do not want to file for bankruptcy. It is not my debt it is just under my name, I did not use it for anything, it is all his debt.
Hi, I lent my friend at the time my credit cards, I put him as a secondary to build his credit. He promised that he would pay them off completely and was paying late and sometimes missed payments when they were to the point of being over due, he does not answer any of my e-mails, it is going on to 3 months now that he has not paid for the three cards and I do not know if he works in the same place, I will be checking tomorrow.
