The jacks on the front are the ones on the PAL version, where do you live, maybe that will help me figure this out

@diskman300 USA , IL if it was the PAL it would have the crazy plugs in the back and the jacks in the front are for USB plug for the computer for import

I can get it into windows movie maker but i have no picture when i got it in the time line i only have the audio.

oh its the same as you would was in on a TV and a VCR if you make the video into HD it will help a little but not a whole lot

If you hook that up to the computer do you need a Camcorder or can you hook that up directly to the computer without a camcorder?

i dont know what u mean by that but if u have your videos like on a VHS u can upload them useing this VCR the VCR comes with softwear for PC and it comes with a USB cable so u hook up that cable with the VCR and u put it in the computer u open the softwear it came with and u hit record and if u mean if u can hook up ur camcorder to the VCR i pretty sure u can

ya u can use it with out a camcorder but the tapes have to be the VHS tapes and yes after u setup the soft wear it came if u can edit it with windows movie maker

ya its a pretty good think to have if you have like old videos or home movies u can copy them and make them into a dvd but get it on amazon its the best deal they have

pretty good song its dose red and white , yellow cables sound but u can use a usb cables and it will work fine also

its not that clear it will look the same as it is on the VHS tape but u can make the video into HD and it will have a little bit better picture
