  • please in spanish please o traduction line thanks.

  • mine looks TERRIBLE

  • @juheehwang Keep practicing and you will get the hang of it.

  • I finally found it! Thank you for your help. Wow glad to have the viedo that is a complicated read. I want to thank you for all you do to help people learn to crochet. I have made several hats thanks to you. I really like your spiral patterns. I have much better luck than all that joining. The only draw back that I can see is when you change colors there is more of a jog that when I tie off each round. I am trying again to make this cute and unique hat.

  • @moozarkgoatgirl Glad you found it. I have a solution for the jog so you can still change colors and work a spiral. When you want to change color, skip one stitch, slip stitch in the next and it will even off the round. Alternate where you join the new color to a different starting point.

  • Teresa, is there a written pattern for this hat? I have started so many times trying to keep up an then have to leave etc. I have a start but since it is so specific as to the number of stitches I could sure use written directions as well. thanks Pat

  • @moozarkgoatgirl I have a link to the bikini top written instructions for the triangle part. crochet-mania.blogspot.com/2009/07/crochet-bikini-top-triangle-shape-motif_13.html

  • i dont know if you can understand what i am trying to do but here goes. . . i want to make something like this hat (it is kind of shaped as a box.) but as a circle. like a Kufi/Topi (turkish or middle eastern type hat) your hat w/ brim vid kind of does it but it is not boxy enough. any suggestions?

  • @dharris2005 You want it round with a sharp edge if I understand correct? @tjw1963

  • @tjw1963 yes exactly. sorry about the long explanations. i am not really great with describing discriptions.

  • It looks nice, I'll let you know about my experience with this project. Regards from Ecuador.

  • Thank you, Happy Crocheting.

  • The rubber tube on her hook, can be from a pencil grip also

  • Yes, you are right about that. There are a variety of pencil grips that could be used.

  • where do we get those cushioning bands for crochet hooks?

BTW a very interesting video! thank you :)

  • You are welcome. Those are pencil grips called Gooshy Grips. I get them from Wal-mart.

  • Nice and different. As soon as I'm better I will attempt it.

  • Another nice pattern and video. I find myself watching your videos even though I don't try the particular pattern just yet. Thank you again.

  • Thank you. There is nothing wrong with that at all.

  • That was to kool, I am always looking for a new beanie idea! I have already started making different kinds to give hot for xmas! So I will have to give this a try, god bless you

  • Thank you, I appreciate the comment.

  • Interesting! Keep at it!

  • Thank you.

  • I love the name!!!!! Am going to use the triangle for an afghan pattern too. Thanks Teresa!!!

  • now that is a great idea! i'm off to raid my yarn stash right now....

  • Thank you. :)

  • You are welcome. I also try to demonstrate the versatility that crochet has and this is a perfect example. My husband gives me that "your nuts" looks when I make things like this. I was even thinking that it could be a fun project for a high school function with a different look from a traditional hat.

  • I totally agree with the reply about the versatility of crochet. I love seeing your new videos show up in my subscription box. Thanks Teresa.
