@KevZen2000 Magic doesn't really work like that. Not all satanists use magic but it kind of works as an emotional release. We have something called intellectual decompression, its what we do when we stop trying to rationalize and stop thinking and we go into a room lit by candles and we yell and scream and stick pins into dolls and release any emotions that may be hindering us from enjoying our lives. Now say we do a ritual for destruction when someone has gone out of their way to do wrong to us

Well not to add an anti-jewish element to the discussion, I just think it is where white light religions and the occult work that sprang from it would believe that somehow for instance, Lucifer would be in the same class or 'devil house' as Satan, when Lucifer came from a more later point of time (not sure if it's Greek or what, my apologies for lack of historical knowledge), but to white hat religions Lucifer=Satan and any other once worshiped deity is of Hell to them. could you explain the use of the statue? i know that in wicca the satatue represents a deity, but in satanism usually none are used, this could be different for you i'm not sure what system you use but i thought also it could be used for rituals involving sympathetic magic.

Many satanists have statues on their altar. you must be referring to laveyan satanism, who may or may not use statuary in their altar setup. statues and decorations are optional, of course.
