in USA there are tons of places, please google search it.

in Canada, it's fairly hard to find even for a mooncake mold.

e-bay is a great source

no, no, its not chewy at all. its yummy and tender to the mouth :)

easier if you get the already cooked/baked flour from the store :) (most stores in Chinatown usually sell them)
