eat carbs? you will have no energy and you will burn muscle. something that takes a year to train for so please don't do that. by the way i have the iphone app lose it by fitnow and i eat about 170 carbs a day and i lose fat but they are complex carbs ;) pm mee if you want more advice xxxx
dear beautiful girl, if you had so much results in a year there is no reason to not continue your lifestyle and eating habits. the problem is losing weight takes a lot of time and dedication. when you eat carbs just eat complex carbs(oatmeal, wheat buiscits, beans, non fat dairy, chicken, brocolli stuff like that) and no simpel carbs(white bread, white rice, spaghetti and those things). also do mostly cardio and up your proteïn intake my darling because if you keep this proteïn and not
Jesus crust i can,t believe you weighed 235pounds (16stone 11) you were bigger than me. and i am pretty fat i,d love to see what you looked like when you were at your biggest your,ve made such progress. it would make my day if you could send me a video of how you looked
An excess of carbohydrates can be detrimental to your weight loss regimen, but never cut them out completely. Carbohydrates are the energy of choice for proper brain and muscle function. Protein is great, but not meant to be your body's main source of energy. Keep your head up, and stay positive :) You look great.

hi diana, you are looking great! i know i have told you before but i am so proud that you changed your life at your young age! i have a quick question......do you know what the normal amount of carbs an average person should have a day? how many carbs to lose weight? i usually end up at around a 100
you have such a lovely accent, i think with the exercise you do and the planned nutrition i wouldnt worry too much because with your hard work youl get there in the end.
I don't lose weight if I increase my carbs (keeping calories the same). My body hates carbs--but my tummy loves them.. I am insulin resistant, so I have to live a low-carb lifestyle or I gain. S_U_C_K_S!!
When did you have your RNY? Will you show some before pics? Thank you for the compliments-shout out on my video. That was hard to do. It took a very long time to decide to go through with it.
i actually had a VSG (sleeve surgery) back in Nov. 2007. i am planning on doing a before and after video since i did start vlogging my journey several months after the surgery when i had lost some already. but it will be coming soon. :)
my you are so beautiful ; i think man man man man man
