Vinnie did get jailed for fraud because of his father and the prison did go on fire and vinne did get out he managed to escape and save a guard so they put him in to witness protection so he can't come back. It would be great if he did he was a great character.
Vinnie got sent to prison for fraud, but it was actually his father who dropped him in it, then I think the prison was set on fire and he managed to escape, but they're still looking for him so he constantly on the run

what annoys me is how Leah never EVER mentions Vinnie nowadays, it's always "Dan was the love of my life..."; "Dan would have wanted..." etc
I liked Dan, but Vinnie was just as good (if not better) character & partner to Leah...and the father of VJ
