In her book she gives this example of Chile where American corporations and government ploted against Allende but this is rather exeption to the rule, the rule being that neoliberalism just takes adventage of a shock.

The leading figure is Wang Hui whose book "China's New Order states that the demonstrations in TS were against the free market reforms that were eroding the socialist core.
