I avoid flouride and chlorine and regulary detox the chemtrails and radiation using french green clay, zeolite and occasionally magnetic clay. I also always have collodial silver near , ready for flu's and daily take bicarbonate of soda to help alkaline my body. :)

@migfoxbat I have just had word a good friend of mine Pete from London is very sick Ian , he has been rushed into hospital and I fear its not good. He has been so brave and has worked tirelessly to help expose the truth through several years of illness.please pray for him.
