i realize "i am an asshole" (sorry for the word) when i was 16, you really start to see things in a different way, you stop to analyze things that maybe in the past you wouldn't have done, some people see you like a weird guy of course, but most of them won't understand untill something like a near death experience happens (like my case), it lead me to understand the relation Cause/desire/consequence, and it helps a lot with my life
Best video yet in the series, labeling is indeed a powerful tool that most of us use without even being aware. We can go one step further as well, and ask ourselves how we label other people... I think many would find that they are in fact being overly judgmental to people they've barely scratched the surface of. Finding out exactly what false preconceptions we are harboring is a good first step to becoming more tolerant towards others.
Having had a Near to Death Experience (NTDE) experience 37 years ago has truly helped me to understand, finally, that I Am a Spiritual Being having a Physical Experience; I Am One with All There Is. There is immense power in understanding the I Am, along with immense peace.
If a great number of physical beings would realize the power of the I Am, and synchronize our healing energies, we could collectively, as One, induce a great planetary shift for world peace, among more great things. YES
with complete respect I would like to ask that you said that if we say something in our conscious mind then the unconscious mind takes the whole control and transforms the process of our life. then who is the I am. then what is the significance of the soul? we are body ,mind and soul.
...But you've opened an important door for those who consider the part consciousness & awareness of being play in our lives. Perhaps there are people already doing this - otherwise maybe it can be time for a new model. One that can combine the best parts of AA with teachings about the principles of consciousness & creation. Could be an important step for anyone interested in recovery/rediscovery of the Self with the support of a community that considers there is more possible.
"I AM" is indeed powerful. I also think you're onto something when you mention the lifetime identification of "alcoholic." I worked in health care for many years & always had the same question when patients & friends would remind me of their infinite status of "alcoholic." I asked a few of the friends, they got upset. Understandably since the programs were all that was available & seemed to work for many.
Precisely this is why this word is so powerful. Words spoken by our creator . These words have been used by the most succesful people in the world through the centuries.
Question, how do you REMEMBER to do this? It seems easy when I'm sitting here on my sofa, but when I'm out in the world it seems hard to remember to do things like this.
writte the things that you aspire to achieve on a small card and carry it around with you. Make it a habbit to look at it often, and update it as you see fit. Rmember that everything is created in the now, which bassically means that the moment you think about what you are passionate about,it's what you are sending out to the universe.

I have read something similar to this. Interesting that everyone says something similar to I am. Lovely video. Thank you for your hard work.
