  • try going at the wall from the other direction, its way easier to stabalize

  • You should learn better techneque. The way you're doing it will eventualy damage the tendons in your shoulders. you should get your shoulders in front of your hands and keep you elbows in (just like on your ring pushups). This is how gymnasts do it and it the healthiest and most eficiant way.

  • PETE, idea: NEXT TIME instead of pushing urself UP, just eat your way DOWN underneath your hands on both sides, untill ur arms have eventually fully extended and you have successfully completed a push-up. no big deal
