This is the only human being I have ever voted for twice for the presidency. When ,when,WHEN will you mainline democrats realize you've been sold out ?I hope Ralph will run again in 2012,and/or Dennis Kucinich will pull a Gene McCarthy in New Hampshire on Obama
all this guy wants to do is blame Nader for the vote. what an asshole. nevermind what Nader is saying, about all of the things he would do for the country.
we can at least agree that george bush has done America a horrible job leading this country. i'm not sure what the correct term to describe him is, but i think the phrase fuck up fits to a degree. all the best.
not quite as obnoxious as two people having a pointless debate about a man as irrelevant these days as the people who support him. nader is both a marxist and a jew hater.
Having someones dick in my mouth wouldnt mean I couldnt come to the phone, only that I couldnt speak. It wouldnt even require "coming" as his hand would be, in all likelihood, so close to my ear.
Poor wording all around, as someone watching a video about a third party candidate probably doesnt have a landline. So there wouldnt be any "calling my house." More like calling my cell, or Nader's.
And if you called my cell, Id stop sucking off Nader and meet you for your slap in the mouth.
Youd have to doubt that Nader would have a cell phone, as he'd worry about the possbility of injury, not to mention that he must have a few assistants taking his calls.
P.S. Remember that time you called a good man a Marxist and couldnt back it up with a single word, your ranting descending into fantasy of gay porn?
I'm all for a 3rd party candidates and I even voted for Nader in '04, except for name recognition, I hope his run doesn't go anywhere as I think there are other 3rd party candidates out there who carry a better message than Nader this time around. He should be putting his support behind THEM instead of mucking up the waters himself. With nothing new to offer, he starts to give people who support him (even me) a bad taste. I WILL vote for who I see is the best candidate, whatever party it is.
What I want to know is WHY NADER is NOT running as a Green Party candidate? Did he decide that Cynthia McKinney would be too strong of a challenger and bump him as a the party candidate? Personally, I am hoping McKinney is successful for the Green Party candidacy. Too bad Nader didn't decide to finish sticking it out in the Green Party. She could have knocked him out of the running. NOW, for those desiring a 3rd party candidate, she has to run against him. Oh well, may the best win!
Mmm... Tactical, regard me, a 19 year old, relative to Ralph Nader, at 74, concerning accomplishments.
I won't blame Nader for Gore losing the 2000 presidential election, but I will use your tactic to suggest something to expand upon:
What has President Bush accomplished relative to me? I'd say that I've accomplished more by doing nothing to affect the world since I was 12 than Bush did during that interval.
Perhaps Nader has made us all aware of these handpicked issues; but at what cost?
First, I'm not a democrat, so they don't have my vote no matter what. Second, I think there are better ways to go about "winning in the end." Third, by tactical I meant your critique of my accomplishments. Fourth, no democrat is preventing a third party candidate from running. Finally, the only way to make third-party candidacy plausible is to amend the system, which I support. Immanuel Kant said that rule of the majority is despotism. We need to rebalance the weights of our system.
I think Nader nails it. The negative comments on Nader that say he is a spoiler -these are from people that can't see anything but our current 2 party system and what it has become. There has to be a better choice than dems or gop and we are seeing the beginning of a 3rd party. This one man has more vision and conviction than most of washington. Bush is mentally ill.
Corporate corruption of our government (Ralph quotes Will Rogers: "Our Congress is the best money can buy") is the biggest crisis facing the People - and Nader has been fighting it since the 1960s - thank you for standing up to ridicule and running.
Many of US have tired but too many people are stupid they can't let go of being punished by our evil oligarchy. Ralph Nader is the Greatest I will vote for him again!!!
He may have sounded shaky answering the Florida question but if you read Greg Palast's book on the election (Best Democracy Money can By), he fully backs up Nader's accusations towards the Katherine Hariss' Florida vote manipulation and completely spells it out in the book.
i saw this interview. it was one of the most powerful i have ever witnessed. the guy never stammers! (knows where he is going) please post the rest. We can't change the past, but we all MUST contribute to the conversation.

Clinton and Obama are such spoilers. If they would just drop out we would have a great president, Ralph Nader!
Nader can beat McCain, but can Obama or Clinton? I doubt it.

Nader is good but he certainly is no Che!

other than his marxist economic views, this man is right on so much.
WarriorDieter 4 years ago
By warrior diet, are you referring to that guy who served in the IDF and wrote a book on the roman soldiers diet?
Ive never heard nader say anything that sounded marxist. His rallying call is usually: "apply the god damn law!"
4ourthofjuly 4 years ago
yes, the warrior diet by ori hofmekler.
WarriorDieter 4 years ago
And did you find any evidence of that Ralph is a Marxist?
4ourthofjuly 4 years ago
obviously i hit a nerve with that comment. my aplogies. lets agree to disagree, sir. thank you.
WarriorDieter 4 years ago
I just came out of left field. Many on the left were at least influenced by marx, and ralph is not one of them.
He's a rich lawyer for christ's sake.
Progressivism does not equate to marxism.

Id still like to hear why you think Nader is a Marxist.
That was an effective way to completely disregard a an American for 50 years, so it is quite obnoxious.
4ourthofjuly 4 years ago 4
not quite as obnoxious as two people having a pointless debate about a man as irrelevant these days as the people who support him. nader is both a marxist and a jew hater.
JTFGENTILE 4 years ago
One of his parents is jewish, so thats kind of an odd slander.
You must be referring to the fact that Nader and the vast majority of humans regard the occupation of palestine as illegal and immoral.
Again, demonsrate he is a marxist.
Do you know what marxism is, kiddo?
4ourthofjuly 4 years ago
One of his parents has jewish ancestry, if my memory serves.
And I dont want to sound pedantic here, but you kind of have to believe in Marx's socioeconomic philosphy to actually be a Marxist, correct?
So you're way off on both points, kiddo.

Yeah, that's a great idea, I could even follow your lead: slandering Nader on the internet sounds so much better than what Im doing now.

I find it amusing youve named yourself after the diet you follow.
And by amusing, i mean ridiculous.
Have a great day, Marxist.

Ralph Nader lives on 25 thousand dollars a year, lives in his mother's apartment and uses public transportation. He most certainly is not rich.
dm57777 3 years ago
No, Nader is quite rich, relatively speaking.
Look it up. It doesnt really matter anyways.
4ourthofjuly 3 years ago
Well he does'nt use that money towards himself, you're right he is rich. And i dont need to look it up, I know him :)
Oh, and he doesnt live with his mother anymore cuz she died recently.

I understand the "tactical voters" who dont want to see Nader run, but try taking a few points of view before you judge him.
-when will democrats start allowing third party candidates to run?
-why would democrats give a shit about you if they think your going to vote for them no matter what?
-how could any better parties develop if the two parties abuse the system?
-would you mind losing an election or two if it meant winning in the end?
I would.

Great interview. You can't honestly believe that all of Nader's 2000 or 2004 votes would have gone to Gore or Bush if he had not run.

He saw Ross Perot run twice and he affected the outcome that's why he ran credible twice eventhough he ran in only a few states in 1996.
