Apparently you didn't read the bill. Indeed it does federally fund abortion and Joe knew that when he voted for it. You think there is more to life than abortion and we should just get over it? If everyone thought that way ALL life would come to a very slow end. YOU get over it!
And on Judgment Day, Joe Donnelly is re-elected to a third term. :)

Apparently you don't UNDERSTAND the bill. This legislation makes NO federal funds for abortions. Get over it, it passed.
Abortion is NOT the number one issue in america... its jobs, its equality.
