what are the EVs on your Dewgong? im looking for a good Dewgong for my team to help protect my torterra from ice type attacks in battle!

My Dewgong is a Modest Nature.
Its stats rea:
HP-186
Atk-74
Def-98
Sp.Atk-134
Sp.Def-112
Spd-85
I gave him 252 Ev's in both HP and Sp.Atk.
And the remaining into its Sp.Def.

seems pretty basic, but there is no other strategy i can think of with dewgong. I also have a Walrein for the more defensive attacks. thanks!
