@thewash000 I'd say we see way too much Yuri, but then again this is coming from someone who can't stand her, so there. :v

I haven't seen a lot of Athenas, and although Mature's infinite has been fixed, picking her will get you a few groans. Kim's used quite a lot, but he kicks ass so I'll let it slide. Leona doesn't see much use for some reason (probably the limited Drive Cancel combos) but K' and Kula are way overused.

@BBoyPhreshershist Somewhat. It's a point system based on both the tier list and frequency of usage. Each character is worth a certain number of points; the sum of all three characters in a team must not exceed 5. It came to be because everyone in the universe would constantly pick K', Liz and Raiden. Quite a clever design if you ask me.

IMO Romance was too reserved with his meter. He shoulda used it to dish out as much as he could to Andy at 9:20. Maybe it wouldn't have won it for him but that would have gotten much closer. His King combo doesn't require meter to do a ton of damage right? I know you can finish that with EX Surprise Rose for serious damage.

based on commentary. Each chrac is assigned some points base on tier level. So a 6 point match, your character points should add up to 6 or less.

So the tier list is basically decided by players. If you can make a low tier character your own, you will be unstoppable. (very difficult to do i think).

@iorilamia Balance is good, but I'm not feeling forced character variety. Game is fun to watch, but I get kinda sick of K, Kyo, Kula, Raiden repeat. They should do more tournaments like this because characters like king, ralph, leona, etc. would probably not be played ever otherwise.
